Czech Educators Delegation Visits SUIBE and Renews Cooperation Agreement for VSTE’s Confucius Classroom

On the morning of April 14, facilitated by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) of the Ministry of Education, a delegation of Czech educators visited SUIBE. SUIBE President Wang Rongming met with the delegation.

Wang Rongming warmly welcomed the delegation and introduced SUIBE’s latest developments. He hopes that the Confucius Classroom of the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice (VSTE) would further highlight its distinctive strengths in business, culture and tourism while maintaining its traditional features. He expects the facility, through continuous innovation in cooperation models, to facilitate the joint cultivation of versatile international professionals and push the development of the Confucius Classroom to a new level.

On behalf of the delegation, Vojtech Stehel, Vice President of VSTE, expressed gratitude for SUIBE's warm reception and longstanding strong support for the Confucius Classroom. He noted that the renewal of the cooperation agreement marks a new starting point for the two universities to further enrich the levels and content of cooperation, promote a broader range of faculty and student exchanges, and actively expand joint talent cultivation in specialized fields through the Confucius Classroom platform.

During the meeting, members of the delegation also introduced their university’s cooperation with local enterprises, as well as the Confucius Classroom’s engagement with local primary and secondary schools and Chinese companies. Attendees also engaged in in-depth and practical discussions on the future development of VSTE’s Confucius Classroom.
