The School has four undergraduate programs: Jurisprudence (International Economic Law Concentration), Jurisprudence (Commercial Law Concentration), International Politics, and Administrative Management. The law discipline is recognized as the Training Base of Outstanding Foreign-related Legal Personnel in Shanghai, the key discipline in “Project 085” (A Shanghai municipal project to promote the development of higher education), Shanghai Undergraduate Education Highland in the Fourth Phase, and was selected for the national first-class undergraduate discipline in 2020. The School is authorized to confer master’s degrees in the top tier discipline category of law (International Law, Economic Law, Civil and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Litigation Law) and professional master’s degrees (full-time Master of Laws for law majors and Master of Laws for non-law majors and Master of Public Administration). It has created a teaching mechanism mutually complemented by practical teaching in the classroom and field practice.
