The School is home to multiple outstanding academic research organizations. The research platforms at provincial and ministerial levels includeShanghai the Center for Global Trade and Economic Governance (SC-GTEG), the WTO Trade Policy Review Center which offers academic support to the Ministry of Commerce, and the World Trade Organization Research Center (a member of International and Regional Studies Centers registered in Ministry of Education). In addition, we have some ad hoc research institutions, such as SUIBE Institute under the Network on International Trade and Investment System (NITIS), China-WTO Dispute Settlement Mechanism Research Center, 21^st-Century Maritime Silk Road Research Center, Research Center for CPTPP and Regional Trade Agreement. We have established a close cooperative relationship with the WTO, UNESCAP, and some other international institutes. It is worth noting that Shanghai Center for Global Trade and Economic Governance (SC-GTEG)has been listed as an A-level university think tank in China.
