The School, committed to the reform and innovation of the talent cultivation mode, has a long history of and characteristics in internationally-oriented education. We have established academic and student exchange programs with dozens of universities around the world, such as the University of Maryland and the Pennsylvania State University. The School has built a sound practical education system, including on-campus supplementary education practice based on the School’s brand activities, off-campus internship bases based on university-enterprise cooperation, overseas study tour programs, and stimulated experiment teaching platforms.
After years of efforts and exploration, the School’s talent cultivation mode has gained remarkable results. Our graduates mainly flow to the financial industry and the industrial sector, and their employers span from China’s and international financial enterprises such as securities, trusts, capital management companies, Chinese-funded and foreign-funded banks, and consultancies at home and abroad, to China’s IT giants such as Baidu, Tencent, Alibaba, and Bilibili. In addition, the number of graduates pursuing their postgraduate studies in prestigious universities at home and abroad, including Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Columbia University, and the London School of Economics and Political Science, has increased year by year in the past five years.
