On March 24th, the signing and inauguration ceremony for the “Shanghai Center for Corporate Wellness” was held in Room 317 of the Dezheng Building on SUIBE’s Songjiang Campus. SUIBE Vice President Jiang Xiuzhen attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Tu Longke, President of the Shanghai International Business Law Research Association, Zhang Haisheng, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Agency Bookkeeping Industry Association, and expert representatives from the Customs and Taxation Compliance Professional Committee of the Research Association attended the event.
On behalf of SUIBE, Jiang Xiuzhen welcomed to the visiting party. She stated that the establishment of the Center marked a significant step for SUIBE to deepen university-enterprise cooperation and serve social development. She hopes the Center will gain a foothold in Shanghai, extend its services to the Yangtze River Delta, and build itself into an important think tank for enterprise compliance management, a vital platform for talent training, and an essential window for social services, thus contributing wisdom and strength to promoting the construction of a law-based business environment and cultivating high-quality interdisciplinary talents.
Tu Longke introduced the development of the association, pointing out that finance and taxation are the foundation of national governance, and compliance the cornerstone for the healthy operation of market economy. The establishment of the Center is a pragmatic move directly addressing the pain points of enterprise compliance. He expects to work alongside SUIBE to jointly build an influential brandof enterprise compliance services.
Witnessed by the attending guests, representatives from SUIBE and the Shanghai International Business Law Research Association solemnly signed a cooperation agreement on co-building the Shanghai Center for Corporate Wellness and jointly inaugurated the Center. Participating experts conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as enterprise compliance, financial and tax risk prevention and control, and collaboration among universities, enterprises and research institutes.
