Two major decision-making consulting projects of SUIBE were approved for funding by Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. The 2026 annual major decision-making consulting research projects were open for public application from February 2 to March 4. During this period, a total of 630 valid applications were received. Through a selection process consisting of online anonymous expert reviews and offline interviews, 35 research teams were ultimately approved to undertake the projects. Associate Professor Wang Bo from School of International Economics and Trade and Professor Ying Pinguang from School of Global Governance, have successfully received project approvals.
