On the morning of January 8th, LiuYing, Chairman of the University Council of Capital University of Economics and Business (CUEB), led a delegation to SUIBE for research and exchange. The CUEB delegation included Xu Fang and Ouyang Qin, Vice Chairmen of the University Council of CUEB, Mao Baizhan, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of CUEB, Yin Zhichao and Yao Linxiu, Vice Presidents of CUEB, and heads of relevant functional departments. QiMing, Chairman of the University Council of SUIBE, along with Vice Presidents Xu Yonglin and JiangXiuzhen, and heads of relevant administrative departments, attended the event.
QiMing briefly introduced SUIBE's history and distinctive features. He shared the university’s recent progress in deepening comprehensive educational reforms, particularly reform measures and achievements in discipline construction, talent cultivation, internationalization, research services, and strategic cooperation. He expressed hope that both universities would deepen practical cooperation, enhance mutual learning, jointly serve the national strategy for high-level opening-up, and contribute to high-quality regional economic and social development.
LiuYing introduced CUEB's history, reform and development. She hoped that this research visit would serve as an opportunity to deepen and expand areas of cooperation, and lay a solid foundation for making a good start in the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
During the seminar, both universities engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on topics such as comprehensive university reform practices, interdisciplinary integration, innovation in talent cultivation models, experimental center construction, and research management.
