SUIBE Partners with Ultimate Traveler Club to Establish UTC-ESG Research Center

On January 6th, the inauguration ceremony and thematic event for the UTC-ESG Research Center, established through a partnership between SUIBE Partners with Ultimate Traveler Club (China), was held at the Suzhou ESG Industry Innovation Center. SUIBE President WangRongming, NieQing, former SUIBE Vice President, SunJingxia, Deputy Director of Commerce Bureau of Suzhou Industrial Park, leaders from the Jian Yuan Holdings Group, KongWeihong, Chairman and CEO of Ultimate Traveler Club (China), and KongXiaohong, Executive Director of Ultimate Traveler Club (China), among others, jointly witnessed the launch of the SUIBE UTC-ESG Research Center.

In his speech, Wang Rongming expressed his hope that through university-enterprise collaboration and resource integration, the partnership would achieve profoundly integrate education, talent, industrial, and innovation chains. He aspired for the center to become a hub for ESG trade rules and talent in the Yangtze River Delta, contributing university strength to national strategies and regional development.

In her address, Sun Jingxia stated that the establishment of the UTC-ESG Research Center was a key step in building Suzhou Industrial Park's green innovation ecosystem. She expected the center to fully leverage its integrated platform advantage combining government, industry, academia, research, and application, acting as a converter between international rules and local practices, an incubator for green trade talents, and a booster for innovative solutions.

In her speech, Kong Weihong shared the original intentions and practices of Ultimate Traveler Club (China) in implementing ESG principles. She hoped that through the joint research center, real-world challenges from the industry could be transformed into material for talent cultivation and academic research. She also looked forward to optimizing the company's ESG practices with insights from academia, contributing industry wisdom to enhance the global green competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.

Witnessed by the guests present, Kong Xiaohong, together with He Huanlang, Dean of the International Business School of SUIBE, signed a cooperation framework agreement and unveiled the plaque for the UTC-ESG Research Center. Leaders including WangRongming and SunJingxia witnessed this important moment.


To ensure the smooth progress of the center's work, Ultimate Traveler Club (China) donated a special fund of 1 million RMB to SUIBE for the UTC-ESG Research Center. KongWeihong presented a check for the special fund to YanQiong, Director of Alumni Affairs Office of SUIBE, and SUIBE President WangRongming issued a donation certificate.
