Han Changtian encouraged the trainees to defend the multilateral trading system by putting into practice what they had learned, to explore frontier issues within the WTO with innovative thinking and take concrete actions to contribute to economic and trade cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region.
On behalf of SUIBE, Qi Ming warmly congratulated all trainees on their successful completion of the course and sincerely thanked ITTC, Department of the WTO, Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, all experts, staff, and volunteers for their support. He said that the Asia-Pacific region, as a key engine of the world economy, needs to build up greater consensus through multilateralism. He expressed his hope that participants would transform the training results into concrete actions to promote regional cooperation and jointly tackle trade challenges.
