SUIBE Leadership Inspects and Guides Career Services Across Schools

In a concerted effort to thoroughly implement the decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on employment for college graduates, SUIBE recently launched a special investigation on employment for the Class of 2025. The university leadership visited all schools, gaining a comprehensive understanding of employment progress and providing strategic guidance on key tasks.

The investigation was carried out based on a problem-solving approach, with deans of all schools delivering comprehensive reports on the progress, key priorities, and challenges in advancing career services. SUIBE leadership had in-depth discussion with colleges, analyzing current problems in employment efforts and exchanging views on how to optimize career support systems.

Qi Ming, Chairman of the University Council of SUIBE, emphasized that graduate employment is a task of great importance and considerable difficulty. All departments across the university must further raise their political awareness, strengthen consensus, and approach employment work with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency to ensure the successful fulfillment of the employment targets for the Class of 2025.



Wang Rongming, SUIBE President, stated that the work to improve the employment for the Class of 2025 has entered a critical phase. All departments must proactively plan ahead, effectively respond to evolving challenges, and vigorously explore new opportunities. By continuously deepening reforms and innovations in talent cultivation, the university will advance high-quality and full employment for graduates.



In the next phase, the entire SUIBE community willuphold a heightened sense of urgency and responsibility, tighten accountability, enhance coordination, and implement all tasks with precision, to ensure more adequate and higher-quality employment for the Class of 2025.
