SUIBE International Office Signs a Friendly Cooperation Agreement with Qingpu District’s Overseas Chinese Affairs Office

On March 21^st, SUIBE International Office signed a friendly cooperation agreement with the Qingpu District People’s Government Overseas Chinese Affairs Office. The signing ceremony was held at SUIBE’s Gubei Campus. Qi Ming, Chairman of the University Council of SUIBE and Zhang Dezhi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China Qingpu District Committee and the director of the United Front Work Department attended the meeting and delivered speeches.

Qi Ming warmly welcomed Zhang Dezhi and his delegation, expressing gratitude for their care and support for SUIBE’s development. He briefly reviewed the history of SUIBE and introduced recent developments focusing on its strength in internationalization, trade and economic studies. He hopes that this signing would serve as an opportunity to explore new pathways of cooperation between the district and SUIBE, and innovate cooperation models in exchange programs, talent cultivation, and social services, so that the two sides can better benefit from their win-win partnership.

ZhangDezhi introduced Qingpu District’s development and overseas Chinese affairs work. He hopes that the two sides can establish a regular cooperation mechanism, continuously expand cooperation fields, innovate cooperation models, and promote co-cultivation of talent, resource sharing, and joint development efforts. He expects SUIBE’s students, including those from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas Chinese communities to actively participate in cooperation projects to enhance their knowledge and abilities through study and practice, realize their value through innovation and entrepreneurship, and contribute to the distrcit’s high-quality economic and social development.

At the signing ceremony, JinQuan and ZhuJiajun signed the friendly cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties, witnessed by QiMing and ZhangDezhi.
