Wang Rongming also presented Wu Ningbo with the cold-proof clothing on behalf of the university, and told him to take good care of himself during the expedition. Wang Rongming said he looked forward to Wu Ningbos early return.

Wu Ningbo received a flag and sent his best wishes. Qiao Baojie, Dean of the Law School, briefed on the background of this expedition and information of the members of the expedition team.

Wu Ningbo said that he felt a great sense of honor to represent SUIBE in China’s Antarctic scientific research. He would always bear in mind the instructions of the leaders, live up to the expectations of all faculty and students, actively contribute his wisdom and strength to China’s in-depth participation in Antarctic governance, and showcase the patriotism and global competence of SUIBE’s teachers.
