SUIBE Holds a Briefing on Foreign Affairs Policies for Spring Semester 2024

On the afternoon of March 19th, SUIBE held a briefing on its foreign affairs policies for the new semester in Conference Room 317 of the De Zheng Building. Wang Rongming, SUIBE President attended the meeting, which was presided over by Jin Quan, Director of International Office.



Wang Rongming stressed that the briefing was held to, through discussions on foreign affairs policies, further strengthen strategic planning and top-level design, highlight the characteristics of the university in its international, economic, and trade studies, and enhance the university's reputation as an internationalized institution.

He said as a university with international in its name, SUIBE takes internationalization as its defining feature and opening-up as its original aspiration and mission. International cooperation and exchanges are the key to extending the university's strengths. They also provide strategic support for the university to seize opportunities and gain strategic advantages.

He requested the attendees to firm political stand, build consensus, gather strengths, seize opportunities, follow disciplines and enhance team building.



Jin Quan shared information on the structure, major responsibilities and personnel allocation of the SUIBE International Office.
