On December 17th, the final of the 12th China WTO Moot Court Competition was held in Southwest University of Political Science and Law. After fierce competition, SUIBE team won the national first prize, the first prize of the complainant's pleading and the first prize of the defendant's pleading.
This competition was co-sponsored by the Department of Treaty and Law of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, WTO Law Research Society of China Law Society, China University of Political Science and Law and Southwest University of Political Science and Law. 49 university teams from Peking University, Fudan University, Wuhan University, SUIBE and other universities participated in the event.
