SUIBE Holds 2023 Teacher’s Day Symposium on CommendingOutstandingTeachers

On the afternoon of September 8^th, the2023 Teacher’s Day symposium on commending outstanding teachers of SUIBE was held, attended by Yin Yao, chairman of the University Council of SUIBE, WangRongming, SUIBE president, WuYi, vice chairman of the University Council of SUIBE, ZhangYiguo, vice chairman of the University Council and secretary of discipline inspection commission of SUIBE.

On behalf of SUIBE,Yin Yao extended greetings and best wishes to the facultydevoted tothe cause of education, and expressed heartfelt thanks to the retired teachers who still care about and support the development of SUIBE.He encouraged the faculty tofoster virtue through education with faith and ambition, carry forward the spirit of SUIBE with the moral of teacher, and improve teaching skills bearing mind the development of the country.

WangRongming presented 30-year service awards to veteran teachers in honor of their dedication to education.Wu Yi read out the decision on commending outstanding teachersfor Teachers' Day for the Year 2022-2023. Zhang Yiguo presented honorary certificates to “Pioneers of Scientific Research” and “Pioneers of Teaching” in 2022.
