On July 30 and 31, the SUIBE School of Finance held the 2023 Financial Summer Camp online with the theme of “Exploring the Financial World, Inspiring Future Innovation”. Wu Yi, vice chairman of the University Council of SUIBE, and Liu Yonghui, Dean of the Graduate School, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
Wu Yi warmly welcomed excellent campers from universities schools all over the country. He introduced the history and development, educational characteristics, and advantages of SUIBE, and encouraged the campers to think thoughtfully and stimulate innovation, to interact with passion and enhance understanding, and to make concrete actions and strive for brilliance. He hoped that this summer camp could serve as an opportunity for the students, SUIBE, and the School of Finance to jointly create a bright future.
Zhang Tiezhu, Dean of the School of Finance, explained the overall situation of the School from aspects such as its basic structure, teaching staff, employment and further education, construction of first-class majors, layout of degree points, and its efforts to serve the society with scientific research.
