SUIBE- Douglas College (Bachelor's Degree) Program Holds 22nd Graduation Ceremony

The SUIBE-Douglas College bachelors degree program hosted its 22nd graduation ceremony on June 6th. Wang Rongming, SUIBE president, Dr. Kathy Denton, president of Douglas College, Dr. ThorBorgford, vice president of Douglas College, and Dr.  Justin Williams, dean of Business College attended the ceremony online.


 

Wang Rongming and Kathy Denton delivered speeches via video link. Wang spoke highly of the efforts and achievements of the graduates joining the program in the past four years, and recognized the improvement in the two sides' educational philosophies, social culture and learning environment achieved through the cooperation program. He hoped that after graduating from their alma mater, the graduates could still remember their time at SUIBE, practice the motto of SUIBE, stay true to their original aspiration, and work hard to create a bright future.


 

Kathy Denton sent her sincere wishes to the graduates, encouraging them to pursue their dreams with enthusiasm and determination, and to keep their faith and forge ahead no matter how rugged the road ahead would be.


 


Zhang Tiezhu, dean of the School of Finance, announced the list of graduates receiving degrees from the Canadian side, awarded degrees to them, issued certificates, and posed for pictures with them.


 

Thor Borgford gave a sincere speech to the graduates and announced by video the list of students who won the scholarship and expressed congratulations to them.
