SUIBE held the 2023 Conference on Postgraduate Academic Atmosphere Improvement on April 27th. SUIBE president, Wang Rongming, Vice Chairman of the University Council of SUIBE and SUIBE vice president Qi Ming, and Vice Chairman of the University Council of SUIBE, Wu Yi attended the conference.
Wang Rongming made a mobilization speech at the conference. He stressed that 2023 is a key year for SUIBE to build itself into a high-level local university and establish more doctoral programs, so SUIBE should provide a more enabling environment for the improvement of education by creating a better university culture and developing better teaching and academic atmospheres. Wang Rongming said first the university needs to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of improving academic atmosphere, make a systemicplan to work on it, andpull strength tobuilda team for improving academic atmosphere.
The conference awarded outstanding postgraduate groups and individuals. Qi Ming awarded the winners of the 2022 Forum on Scientific Ethics and Academic Atmosphere Construction in the Area of Yangtze River Delta;Wu Yi awarded the team of SUIBE excellent postgraduate guidance team in 2022; MiaoYundi, Director of the Student Affairs Office awarded the 2022 National Scholarship for postgraduates to there preventatives.
