SUIBE president Wang Rongming visited SUIBE History Museum on the afternoon of November 14th for research and inspection. He was accompanied by Zhang Rong, director of the General Office of SUIBE, and Guo Xinshun, director of the SUIBE Archive.
President Wang inspected the exhibition areas of the museum and listened to a report on the layout of new exhibition panels. He affirmed the updating of the panels and raised his expectations for the future construction of the museum. He said that the History Museum is an important base for education on SUIBE’s history and development for the faculty and students, and also an important platform that comprehensively shows the school running and development features of SUIBE to the public. He urged to enhance the construction of the museum’s guide team and service capacity, give full play to the museum’s role in education, and better promote and inherit the culture and spirit of SUIBE. President Wang encouraged the museum to seize the opportunity of celebrating the 10th anniversary of the renaming of SUIBE next year, to present the changes and achievements of SUIBE in the past decade, so as to accurately and vividly demonstrate the new style and achievements of SUIBE’s development in the new era.
