International Economic and Trade Rules (4-year full-time bachelor program inlaw)

This program aims to train high-caliber professionals in trade and legal negotiation proficient in international economic, trade, and investment rules, and commanding relevant negotiation skills. In addition to teaching solid China’s legal knowledge and practicing abilities, the major also includes international multilateral and bilateral economic, trade, and investment rules, British and American legal systems, and dispute settlement mechanisms under international organizations such as the World Trade Organization, the World Bank and the World Intellectual Property Organization. It focuses on developing students’ international vision and their cross-cultural communication, negotiation ability, enabling them to be high-caliber professionals of trade and legal negotiation able to undertake China's multilateral and bilateral (including regions and free trade zones) economic, trade, and investment negotiations, provide legal support in international economic and trade organizations and engage in other foreign-related legal business.
