Shen Yi, Han nationality, born in September 1978 in Shanghai, holds a postgraduate education background with a Doctor of Management degree. She is an associate researcher and vice Chairman of SUIBE Council and Vice President of SUIBE. She joined the CPC in 1999 and began her career in July 2001. She has led and participated in several research projects at provincial and ministerial levels, as well as key national research projects on Party building. She has published many research papers and books. She concurrently serves as the Executive Director of Shanghai Public Administration Society (SPAS).
