The 2021 SUIBEwrap-up conference onthink tank developmentwas held both online and offline on September 13th. President Wang Rongming attended the conference, and vice president Yu Xuemei, presided over this meeting.
President Wang pointed out that SUIBE attachesgreat importance to the construction of think tanks and regardsit as a key point to serve major national strategies and the economic and social development of Shanghai. In recent years, under the guidance of relevant superior departmentsand the Party and administrativeleadershipof the university, SUIBE has made outstanding achievements in decision-making consultation and steady progress inthink tankconstruction. He requested the faculty to play the service function of think tanks for consulting and educating, tap the potential of the think tank experts, and enhance the devotion and humanity of the think tank development.
At the conference, vice president Yu reported the general developmentof SUIBE think tanks in 2021, and commendedadvanced groupsand individuals of the university's think tanks. President Wang read out the Decision on Commendation of 2021 Advanced Groupsand Individuals of SUIBE Think Tanks. The commended representatives made remarks.
