SUIBE held an online matchmaking event to connect the Class of 2022 graduates with employers on April 7. SUIBE president Wang Rongming, vice chairman of the university council and vice president of SUIBE Qi Ming attended the meeting. Representatives of employers, as well as job-seeking students from SUIBE schools and their “back-up groups,” which included their peers and teachers, participated in the event, too.
President Wang Rongming delivered a speech on behalf of SUIBE. He said that the matchmaking event was held to build a bridge between the graduates and employers. On one hand, it helped graduates find ideal jobs. On the other hand, it provided more targeted services for employers. Inviting the peers and teachers of the Class of 2022 graduates and setting up an online “meeting room” for the graduates and enterprises, the event has built a face-to-face platform featuring targeted matchmaking. The event has proactively expanded the employment market and contributed to the win-win results for both the job-seeking and recruitment ends.
Close communication was witnessed at the event between human resource managers of six renowned enterprises and 10 SUIBE graduates seeking jobs, and all of these graduates, from nine SUIBE schools, got intended job offers from the six enterprises.
