SUIBE held the 2021 opening ceremony on September 16th.
SUIBE president Wang Rongming, on behalf of all students and faculty, extended warm welcome to all freshmen as they started a new journey of life. Hoping the students to become outstanding, he encouraged them tohave a correct understanding of college education and find the right path of life, study with passion and shine with the strength of youth, and advance with the time and stay determined to serve the country. He also hoped that the students would make the best of themselves and become the pillars of China in the journey to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation by cherishing every day in the university and making great efforts to live and work from this moment.

Professor Wen Jianping, dean of the Languages School, delivered a speech on behalf of the faculty. Zhang Luoyuan from the School of Finance, Chen Tao from the School of International Business, and LyuXintong from the School of Tourism and Event Management made remarks as student representatives.
