On September 10, SUIBE held a celebration and commendation activity for the 37th Teacher’s Day.The activity encouraged the faculty to continue pursuing their original aspiration for education and fulfill their missions to write a new chapter of the cause of education.
During the activity, SUIBE president Wang Rongming made a speech. He extended cordial festival greetings to all the faculty and expressed heartfelt thanks to them for their hard work. He pointed out that this year witnessedmany major and important events in ourcountry, Shanghai, and SUIBE, which have injected new vitality and opportunities into the development of SUIBE, including the first Party Congress after the renaming of the university and the major progress made in the university’s application for doctoral programs.WangRongming stressed that teachers should integrate their careers into the great cause of education,combinethe knowledge impartingwith the guidance of values, and become marvelous as plain people.
The leaders attending the activity issued certificates to teachersfor their adherence toteachers’ ethics and their contribution to education, as well as those who had been engaged in educational work for thirty years.
