“The Embedded Location of Value Chain and the Domestic Value Added Ratio of Exports”, a research paperco-authored by Dr. Gao Xiang and Professor Huang Jianzhong from the School of Business, SUIBE, and Associate Professor Yuan Kaihua from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law won the third prize for excellent papers at the 21st T. K. Ann International Trade Award unveiled on December 25, 2020. The paper,first published in the sixth issue of The Journal of Quantitative & Technical Economics in 2019, was reprinted in the tenth issue of Chinese Social Science Digestof the same year.
Established by the late renowned industrialist Mr. Tse-kai Ann of Hong Kong, China in 1991, the T. K. Ann International Trade Award is regarded as the highest academic award in trade and economicsin China.
