SUIBE Researcher Speaks at International Conference Sponsored by University of New South Wales

Recently, Mr. Ying Pingguang, a researcher at a SUIBE think tank,delivered a key note speech titled “Competitive Neutrality: China’sUnderstanding, Practice and Outlook” at an international conferenceorganized by the School of Law at the University of New South Wales(UNSW) in Australia. During his stay, Mr. Ying also attendedround-table discussions on competitive neutrality and state-ownedenterprises with teachers and Ph.D. students at UNSW Law School.

As early as 2011, Mr. Ying participated in the research project forthe United Nations Committee on Trade and Development (UNCTAD):Competitive Neutrality in Developing Countries, led by Dr. DeborahHealey, a professor at UNSW Law School.
