SUIBE Teacher Wins the National Foreign Language Teaching Contest

On 12 November, Dai Jiaqi, Department of Teaching English to nonEnglish Majors, School of Foreign Languages, SUIBE competed in thefinals of the 4 ^th SFLEP National Foreign Language Teaching Contest co-organized bythree National Advisory Committees on the teaching of foreignlanguages under the Ministry of Education and Shanghai ForeignLanguage Education Press. After the mock teaching session andteaching plan presentation session, he stood out in the fiercecompetition and won the first prize in the final of TeachingEnglish Speaking and Listening. It was the first time for SUIBEteachers to win the top award of a national foreign languageteaching contest. The SFLEP National Foreign Language TeachingContest is of the highest level of its kind in China, havingattracted teachers from over 1500 institutions of higher educationthis year.
