A 30-plus-member delegation led by Dr. Uwe Reese, Executive Dean ofthe European Institute, Dresden University of Technology visitedSUIBE on the afternoon of Oct. 21. Vice President Chen Jie joinedthe delegation to have a group photo taken. Xu Dongfeng, Directorof the International Affairs Office, Lin Jie, Deputy Dean of theSchool of Finance and Prof. He Xuehui met with the delegation.Student representatives also took part in the meeting.
It was the first time for a delegation from the Dresden Universityof Technology to visit SUIBE. During the meeting, the twouniversities introduced themselves to each other and discussed thepossibilities of future cooperation. A Q&A session was alsoincluded. Dr. Uwe Reese expressed the willingness to work withSUIBE and looked forward to future talks on cooperation in greaterdetail.
