Shanghai International Studies Association (SISA) held its 11thcongress on December 9th at the conference hall of the ShanghaiSocial Sciences Association. 120 representatives engaged ininternational studies and foreign languages education and researchattended the congress chaired by SISA permanent VP Shi Zhikang. Atthe ensuing 1st session of the 11th Council of SISA, SIFT VP YeXingguo was elected president of the 11th Council.
