Dean of The Business School of National College of Ireland Visited SIFT

On the morning of November 5th, Professor Jimmy Hill, Dean of theBusiness School of National College of Ireland, visited SIFT Gubeicampus. It was his second visit to SIFT. Xu Dongfeng, director ofSIFT international affairs office, and Qiu Guixi, Dean of theSchool of International Studies, received the guests and showedthem around the Campus.

 

Professor Jimmy Hill visited SIFT with a view to seeking overseaspartners for their MBA program. It is reported that this programwill target China or India as the priority country for theiroverseas studies. SIFT and Professor Hill conducted talks about thepossibility of cooperation between the two universities.

 

National College of Ireland, successor to The Catholic WorkersCollege, was established in 1951 and renamed in 1998. It consistsof the School of Business, School of Community Studies and Schoolof Computing. Currently, National College of Ireland has about5000, including full time and part time students. Its IFCS campusis located in the international financial center of Dublin.Finance, Business and Accounting are among its specialties.
