On July 20, SUIBE joined a round table session with the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District (CBD) Administrative Commission. Kong Fu’an, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Executive Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee, and Wu Yi, Chairman of the University Council of SUIBE, attended the meeting and delivered remarks.
Kong Fu’an noted that Chinese enterprises are accelerating their global expansion, which calls for a large pool of real‑world, practice‑ready professionals to underpin their growth. The Shanghai Hongqiao International CBD will further deepen its strategic cooperation with SUIBE, to launch training in cross-border investment, and establish a talent development platform for Chinese enterprises going global, so as to help them expand into international markets in a safe and efficient manner.
Wu Yi said that SUIBE and the Shanghai Hongqiao International CBD share highly aligned functional roles and strategic priorities. He hopes that the two sides would advance comprehensive, in-depth, and regular strategic cooperation, particularly jointly developing high-end training programs to contribute more to supporting Chinese enterprises in their global expansion.
